I hate Candy Land!

I've been sans-blog for nearly a week, mostly because everytime I get here I just don't feel like writing. I've been busy what with, Goo-loph house hunting, car accidents along the way, trying to make plans and surprise work at the childcare. I'm still missing Phantom, but we've managed some time together. Last Friday we had a two hour feast at the Mandarin. So much food! I still have stolen sushi in my fridge!

I've been completely re-organizing my room, which has left my bed covered in yet-to-be-sorted pack-rat memorabilia. I have to finish though so Jess and I have somewhere to sleep on Friday night! Woohoo! It's been awhile since I shared my bed with a girl! ;o)

I'm looking forward to seeing her! I miss Tama too! We'd better all do something on Saturday. It's wierd. I'm feeling all distanced form everyone, except the three year olds I've been hanging out with lately. Man I hate candy land. That game truly sucks! And kids are mean when they win! Anyway, I'll try to keep up the blog, but frankly I feel I'm boring lately. Ah well, I'll keep you up on my thrilling world of putting mouthy children into time-out and pretending that buckets of sand are birthday cakes.

Whoa, whoa, hold the phone honkey, CANDY LAND ROCKS! That is the best game in the history of great games. Except for maybe "Hide the Salami" and "Nini Gets the Cake," Candy Land is the best game out there. It's basically the game that taught me the difference between idealized versions of things and their real-life counterparts, because Peanut Brittle in Candy Land looks like the best fucking thing in the whole wide universe, and real Peanut Brittle is kinda yucky.

And what's this about Jess bed-sharing? Must you torment me in these lazy, hazy days(y) of May(sy)?

Hey, at least you aren't stuck here in the boring suburbs! So did you find a house in Guelph? And what do you mean by accidents? Hopefully you weren't in one! Have you made any nice jewellery lately? Have a great sleepover and stop tempting all these poor depraved guys with your sordid tales of sharing your bed with -gasp- a girl!
