hennadventure

Phantom and I had a henna adventure this evening to kind of leave an lasting impression for the next few weeks. I thought it would be a nice thing to do. And it was, except that we didn't have enough time to let phantom's dry so it got all smudged and wrecked. Ahh well. It was nice. We both drew our logo incorporated with the Dark Side prism. I'm going to miss him so friggin' much!

I leave tomorrow for Menno camp which should be exciting. Based on my negative experience last summer, I'm a little tentative about what's coming up, but I'm braving it. I'm currently taking a brief packing break to drink some tea and watch the SNL opening. I'm looking forward to being up in the wilderness for five weeks. I'm hoping that this summer will be unlike last and I will have the freeing camp experience that I used to have. I'm all about being true to how I feel this summer. It's taken me places so far. I'm a tough broad, people just don't know it yet.

I may or may not have time to blog while I'm there. It depends how many people want to use the one computer we have to share. But if people want to hear what I have to say they can write me letters and I'll write back. I'm tired and stressed and that's making my writing... well... crap. So I'm off to finish packing.
