So today my goal was to finish reading Utopia. It didn't happen. I read forty pages, but it took me two hours because I kept falling asleep. (not enough sleep last night!) But that's okay because I'm a virile woman.

)

After my readnap I went up to Jess and Tama's room where we laughed... a lot. So the afternoon wasn't a total waste.

Anyway, there's a serious blog to come, but I just wanted to take some time to talk about titles. I like my titles. But apparently I've been confusing people. Especially with the last entry. Allow me to explain:

I like words. I like word combinations. I particularly like hilarious word combinations. If throughout my day I hear a particularly fabulous word combination, or come up with one, it may end up as my blog title even if I don't plan to explain it. For example possible titles for today were "You stole my podium!", "I love public breast feeding! In fact I plan to feed the homeless!" and "Raging Bulldyke". I will hence forth consider my titles forced appreciation of words and phrases, so try to enjoy!

Thanks tederick! Yeah, it's a little unnerving that everyone could all of a sudden revolt and tell me they hate what I write, but on the upside, they give me something to read while I procrastinate.

I misread your title and was somewhat disappointed, expecting something more randy.....I thought it was MORALITY is our handicap!

I'm with unique. I though the title was about some discussion regarding how fanatics don't have to play by the rules of civilized society, and how Morality is our Handicap. LOL It's probably better off the it was something totally differnt. Guess it has something to do with your expectations.

Tederick: hold on. I feel everybody should have a read or two and will go to your blog site when i get a chance. I also take this as a distress call and ask other bloggers to do the same. We are legion and sometimes get into our own comfort zone to the detriment of a larger world in this blogger world. If you have some thought to respond to I'll be there soon.
Urban Faery: I too came for philosophical debate according to the title, and did expect to deal with the issue of mortality, as I also view it as possibly THE most controlling aspect of our species. Sorry you were not discussing that so I'll let you go. I also like the breast feeding title though and will incorporate it in my future thoughts on the homeless. Smoke o, er, blog on.
